At Larinda’s Landing, we require a three-night minimum stay during our High Season. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a one or two-night stay, we may have a one or two-night opening between bookings which are available through our online booking system or by phone.
All reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit + HST upon booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express upon booking andInterac (debit) and cash on site.
Any reservation made must be by an adult of 23 years or older. Any guests staying on site must be accompanied by an adult of 23 years or older. Larinda's Landing has the right to refuse and/or cancel any bookings that do not adhere to this policy upon arrival.

All deposits and additional fees are subject to HST (15% tax).
All rates are based on double occupancy, two guests per bedroom.
Check in time is 3:00 pm – Check out time is 10:30 am.
Late check-out upon request; a late check-out fee may apply. (Acceptance of a late check-out is solely within the discretion of Larinda's Landing and is subject to availability of your cottage on the day of your check-out).
We allow 1 (one) extra guest** per cottage for an overnight stay. An additional fee of $15.00 + HST per night will be charged to your reservation **(fee only applies for ages 5 years and older).
We are a pet-friendly property! Please notify us upon booking if any pets are traveling with you. There will be a pet fee of $15.00 + HST per pet per night or $90.00 + HST per pet per week added to your account, please contact us for our entire pet policy and waiver (which will have to be signed upon arrival) for more specific information.
We have a "do not disturb other guests" policy from 11.00 pm - 8.00 am on the property.
All of our cottages are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250.00 + HST will be charged to any guest who smokes in their cottage.
Any birthday parties, family reunions or gatherings with additional guests must be reported to the office for approval. It is up to the discretion of Larinda's Landing if an additional usage fee may be applied.
There is a property usage fee for weddings, family reunions, and organized functions. Please contact our office for more details.
Reservations are confirmed by email only unless otherwise requested.
Due to the short length of our Season, cancellations have a great impact on our business. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit of your booking upon making a reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation will be processed upon the morning of your arrival.
Please note; the only valid and accepted cancellation of your reservation is by email confirmation only. Cancellations by phone and/or voicemail are not accepted.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation. We reserve the right to charge the final amount of your booking to the credit card on file.
We strongly recommend to all of our guests to obtain an independent (travel) cancellation insurance to protect their monetary investment, in the event they have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond their control.
Please note the arrival and departure dates on your reservation confirmation. These are the dates you will be charged for.
This policy remains without exception*.
